This tour is designed for travelers who want to experience the best of the Soča Valley in a short time. Explore spectacular waterfalls, gorges, and hidden natural gems before discovering Slovenia’s renowned wine culture.

Explore the Natural Wonders of the Soča Valley

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive into the Julian Alps, where the Soča River flows through dramatic mountain landscapes.

During the tour you’ll discover some of the most spectacular natural attractions in Slovenia:

  • The Great Soča Gorge, famous for its crystal-clear emerald pools
  • The peaceful Šunik Water Grove, hidden among forest cascades
  • The powerful Boka Waterfall, Slovenia’s most powerful waterfall
  • The picturesque Virje Waterfall, one of the valley’s most photogenic spots

For those looking for extra excitement, the tour also offers optional activities such as kayaking/rafting on the Soča River, cycling through amazing landscapes, zip-lining above the valley, or tandem paragliding with breathtaking mountain views.

History, Waterfalls and Wine in Goriška Brda

On the second day you can choose between visiting the Kobarid Museum, one of the most important museums dedicated to World War I history on the Soča Front, or a walk to the magical Kozjak Waterfall, hidden in a moss-covered limestone chamber.

The journey continues to the impressive Tolmin Gorge, famous for its crystal-clear river and deep canyon walls.

After exploring the upper Soča Valley, the scenery changes as we drive south to Goriška Brda, Slovenia’s most famous wine region. Rolling vineyards, medieval villages, and panoramic views create the perfect setting for a premium wine tasting experience.
