General Obligations of Active Slovenia Travel, Športne Dejavnosti, Špela Kenda s.p.:

Active Slovenia Travel organizes guided sightseeing tours and bike tours in Slovenia. 

Active Slovenia Travel sells activities like rafting, kayaking, canyoning, zip-line, paragliding, horseriding, etc. but there is another company organizing them. Therefore Active Slovenia Travel is responsible for incnovenience happening before and after these activities but takes  no responsibility for injuries occuring during the activity.

A tour officially begins when a participant meets an Active Slovenia Travel employee and concludes upon arrival at the designated endpoint. Active Slovenia Travel assumes no responsibility for injuries occurring outside the duration of the tour.

Reservation Changes & Cancellations:

Changes to reservations, including modifications in the number of participants, can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Changes requested after this period will not be accommodated, and the full amount will be charged.

Active Slovenia Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that may pose a safety risk to participants.

Should the number of participants fall below the required minimum, Active Slovenia Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, participants are entitled to a full refund.

If a participant chooses to withdraw from the activity after receiving the necessary equipment or at any point during the tour due to inadequate physical condition, no refund will be provided.

Liability & Safety Regulations:

Active Slovenia Travel is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with the signed liability waiver or failure to follow the guide’s instructions.

Individuals with serious health conditions or injuries are not permitted to participate in the activities. Participants with minor health concerns must inform Active Slovenia Travel in advance.

Active Slovenia Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour.

Any injuries sustained during the tour must be reported immediately to an Active Slovenia Travel employee. The participant is required to complete and sign an accident report form. First aid will be provided, and the injured individual will be directed to the nearest medical facility if necessary. Injuries reported at a later stage will not be considered due to the difficulty in verifying the location and timing of the incident.

Photography & Equipment Responsibility:

Active Slovenia Travel may capture photographs of participants during tours and reserves the right to use these images for promotional purposes.

Participants are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment. Active Slovenia Travel reserves the right to charge for damages accordingly.

Personal Data Protection:

All personal data collected from participants is handled in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws (Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov, Ur. l. RS, št. 94/2007-UPB-1, ZVOP-1).
