Winter Fairytale in the Slovenian Alps
Discover the magic of Slovenia’s Alps, a peaceful and authentic world. Here, forests, crystal-clear lakes, and charming mountain villages create a true fairytale atmosphere.
Departing from Ljubljana, this small-group day trip (up to 8 people) takes you deep into the alpine landscape. First, we visit Lago de Bled, one of Europe’s most beautiful lakes.
Here, you can choose to visit Castillo de Bled or take a traditional Pletna boat to the island with its iconic church. Meanwhile, you’ll also have free time to walk around the lake, warm up with a cup of tea or coffee, and taste the famous Bled cream cake.
Alpine Valleys, Ski Jumping Legends, and Turquoise LAKES
Next, we continue through scenic alpine valleys toward Planica, the legendary cradle of ski jumping. After that, we visit the Zelenci Nature Reserve, known for its striking turquoise springs that remain vivid even in winter.
Along the way, we stop for photos at one of the best viewpoints of the majestic Špik mountain range in Gozd Martuljek. Then, we enjoy a short stop in the charming alpine town of Kranjska Gora.
Finally, our journey takes us to lago Jasna, offering breathtaking views of the Julian Alps. This is an ideal moment for photos and relaxed free time by the lake before we return to Ljubljana.
